  • Best App Ever

Seriously, the first top review nailed all the points. If you need motivation to exercise and don’t know what to do and would like a guide, this is the app. It’s got everything. best $4 i’ve ever spent on an app. i’ve probably had this app since highschool, redownloaded it onto every phone since, and i’ve never had any issues with it except minor crashes. but a quick reload and you’re back to the imuscle interface. super simple to use and has helped with staying motivated and teaching me more about my body. This app is a Kinesiologist’s best friend.

  • Has some issues

I’ve used this app for many years and have loved it. However, since the last update, I’ve noticed issues that although not a deal breaker for me, I do find it to be inconvenient and a bit annoying. These issues are that the animations no longer load, sometimes there is a delay, sometimes they don’t load at all. The other thing is that the weights are off leaving me to have to put them in manually instead of just choosing from the apps choices. I’m glad there is the manual input option, otherwise I wouldn’t be able to track proper progress. I got in touch with them and I was told it was getting sent to the development team, it’s been a while and I haven’t seen any new updates and issues are still happening. Hopefully it gets fixed, because other than these minor annoyances, I’d give this a five star prior to the last update. But for now, it’s only a three for me. Needs improvement, or just roll back to the previous version because, this is a perfect example of “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.”

  • One Workout app to rule them all

Love this app! There’s a few exercises missing, but you can add custom ones (they just don’t have an animation). I do wish there was a way to show a routines overall dedication to certain muscles, and analyze if my weekly program is targeting all my muscle groups, but the app does keep track of your progress. I think it’s a must have for beginners or intermediates who want to explore different exercises and see a demonstration of how they’re done (the animations are very helpful).

  • Love this app

I really love this app! The reason for the 4 stars is because on the workout section you can’t toggle between doing all reps/sets for 1 exercise then going to the next exercise and switching exercises after each set. I like the circuit way better. Other wise it is perfection! Thank you!
  • Great app…

I have the essential anatomy 5 app and thought I’d try this one out. Love how you can watch the tissue move with the exercise. That being said, it would be better if you could rotate the body while it’s in motion. I noticed I’m not able to view posterior muscles in motion even though I’ve isolated a particular muscle (i.e. infraspuantus). I highlight the muscle but the model stay facing forward so I cannot see the isolated muscle in action. If that aspect could be developed then this would be a top notch app.

  • Needs an Update

Great app for a great price, but missing many good exercises like face pulls, glute bridges, close grip Dumbbell bench press, and goblet squats. Also, itwould be valuable to include a focus muscle on exercises that serve a certain muscle best, like hammer curls focus the brachialis, but the primary muscles are brachialis, brachioradialis, bicep short head, bicep long head. If not then please add an option for the user to add this detail to the premade exercises for their workouts.

  • Crashy App

I truly love the app but it crashes very very frequently when in use even for short periods of time. It is a truly wonderful app but difficult to use all the amazing features it has when it crashes every thirty seconds. I still get some use out of it but not nearly as much as I can because of the crashes. Very frustrating. Can the developers please work on tweaking this application?? A lot of people would benefit from it. Thanks.

  • Click on a muscle

I love that feature! Click and you are given the name of and all the exercises that will strengthen that muscles. You will learn all primary and secondary muscles that will be working in the exercise.
  • Excellent & Extremely Useful

I purchased this app years ago for a kinesiology class, but over the years since I’ve continued to find it useful for my regular gym sessions and as a anatomy guide. For my lifestyle iMuscle2 has proven its value.
  • Great app!

I use it all the time when need to strengthen certain muscles. And if you injured a muscle you can also use this app to see which muscle and what you did. Then you can use the exercises and stretches to bring it back to normal.
