I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it has been working without problems for the past couple of days. Like I said before, it is wonderful when working correctly!

While we currently have free tools and features that can be used with a free account, some features like Sketcher will need a Plus subscription account to be able to fully access Plus features. Pleaes contact support@befunky.com (mailto:support@befunky.com) with any other questions or comments.

Misleading features
I politely send an email mentioning that I purchased the subscription exclusively for batch editing with frames, which it wasn’t stated anywhere that it wasn’t possible and I was told to simply cancel the subscription… not even a sorry if we didn’t mention anywhere that that feature wouldn’t be in the batch edition and of course not offering any reimbursement.
I keep repeating at that point that at the very least it could be a great detail to rephrase the features not to mislead people and I mentioned it would be cool if I get a full or partial refund for that. The answer:
“ While a majority of the tools and features are available through batch editing (like Instant Effects) other tools such as the frames are not available for use with batch editing. The app is free to preview and explore prior to purchase to ensure that the app has the tools needed before deciding to purchase. ”
Yeah, that’s a nice detail to mentioned before making someone pay 20$ for something I could have done for free.

Batch tools and features can be previewed before purchase. As outlined in the Terms, refunds are not issued. However, when we do consider a refund, we review multiple factors, including usage activity. Please contact support@befunky.com (mailto:support@befunky.com) if you have any other questions.
Update Rating from 5 to 3 star.
NOW Nov 2022, the rating is ONE STAR! The app went from dependable and user friendly to an app with lots of bells and whistles WITHOUT BEING USER-FRIENDLY OR HAVING INSTRUCTIONS! I have deleted everything possible but cannot get rid of the image that’s up or get access to edit the image I want to use! I thought it was me. I tried for two months. Maybe it’s a glitch I don’t know but THE APP WORTHLESS AS IT IS.

This is my new I love this app. The only problem I have with it now every time I come into the app and I haven’t been there for maybe 2 to 3 days. I have to go back to the part or I have to press. Do you wanna join which I’ve already joined then when I say yes, then it takes me instead of it being that I already paid for it, it used to do this until I had to renew

There is the share icon in the upper right corner of the app that allows you to save your images to your camera roll. Please note that the status of the account (free or Plus) will also limit your ability to save an image with a Plus effect, as Plus features require a Plus account to be able to fully access those tools.
