Unfair business practices
I would give it “zero” if I could for the obvious bait and switch tactic here. I purchased the starter app and additional packs years ago. Now, I find that my purchases are shown as “Pro” for re-purchase again! This is not right and the company needs to fix this issue or credit my account for the additional packs I paid for years ago.

While we all learn the alphabet and syntax/grammar rules; go ahead and run this app to learn great, everyday conversational phrases.
It’s okay
I like how i’ve gotten to learn he basic greetings and general conversation but why is everything else you have to pay? I feel it’s unfair to people who just trying to learn another language but you have to pay just to continue learning. I’m glad i’ve gotten the greetings down, but i can’t do anything else unless i buy.. Like i just want to learn without have to spend money.. Besides that, the app is really nice and helpful for a beginner.

I have already paid two unlock certain areas, but now have to pay a subscription
Okay this just annoys me as I paid for some areas to be unlocked awhile ago and now they’ve locked them behind a subscription. I don’t understand this as I have already paid. What was the point if I have to pay again and why is everything always behind a subscription.

This is a very helpful app and it has many ways to help you learn! It’s got a lot of variety and is really interesting! It’s very good if you want to learn Korean! I highly recommend this app!

Crashing since update to v5.0
Good app but now doesn’t open. Keeps crashing after updating to v5.0.

Why won't app open. I paid for this app. Used for many years and now it just crashes over and over. So sad. Fix bug pls

Doesn’t work
It just updated and I go to open it but it shuts down immediately. I’ve tried re downloading it but every time I open the app it closes itself
