Too upset
I am new to this app and this reader! I was using the Paynet with my iPhone 4 and it worked fine! I upgraded to a 5 and got this unimag reader that doesn't even work! I paid for the shipping and spoke with Sharon that wasn't as helpful as I would have liked! I kept telling her my reader wasn't working and she kept telling me she tried it herself before she shipped it?? Well that doesn't mean that something messed up enroute to Texas from Ga. The way FedEx works with throwing packages! She ensured me I would get a new reader by Friday! Today is Friday and guess what no READER AND MY PARTY IS ON TOMORROW NIGHT AND I HAVE NO CREDIT CARD READER TO USE SO I LOSE MONEY!!! I will find another company that will do what they say and say what they mean!!!
