Bugs and poor game design
SOOO many bugs! The software needs a lot of work. The game crashes and glitches to errors frequently. In a game where impeccable timing and a flawless internet connection are critical, this is a huge issue.

Account Transfer
First of all, I love this game and I highly recommend it. I only just found out about the hd version and tried to transfer accounts from the old valor. However the game won't process my request. Plz fix!!!Game4Lols

Needs WAYYYYY MORE protection
This game is horrible, I think I have been on like 7 worlds and someone way more powerful conquers me a few weeks after my beginners protection ends, a few weeks is not enough time for some newbie to build up their army and city, I technically am still a newbie cause I'm never around long enough to learn the game and actually try conquering a city, not even a barbarian one, why make a game that most people can't actually play, I have no money so I can't waste any of it for extra stuff, the support people won't even respond to my support tickets, I can't believe I wasted my time with this dumb game, once my new world ends, I'm gone for good...

This game is a great one so far. The main problem is, when you grow too much, time is becoming an issue. It would be great to have more tools to manage a lot of cities at once. An idea would be to have more automatics options. For examples all cities that have 300k ressources and max pop, you would have the option to buy scholarships in each of these cities. Also, it would be great to see in list of cities which one are not close to max population. So u can select the right cities when its time to train more troops.
Well, with this game you can grow a lot and build an empire. There is no limits to your expansion if everything goes well.
Last update was done a long ago. Since the owners of game of War own this game, there is a great lack of improvement. Game is very unstable. Last time I have played the drop down to research Guardians was not available for weeks until I got destroyed. Unplayable and buggy. This is a 1 star now . I haven't watched much TV since discovering this game. Made new friends. Have a go it's free and fun.
Unfortunately here's the negative. Recently the game programmers have not been 100% committed to the maintenance of the game. Support enquiries are not being answered or resolved effectively. The game has many glitches preventing smooth game play. Worlds are not being closed and victories not being awarded to winning teams. And for all the money the serious gamers spend where are the kickbacks and rewards ? Where are the competitions ? Where are our chances to win gold as it used to be ? Are the owners of this game taking thousands of their regular customers serious ? I refuse to spend another cent on this game until I see some action and problems resolved. I speak for most of the 500 kakoa talk contacts that play this game with me. Things are not the way they used to be. !!!Show lessBigBloka
