For years I suffered from the app and then about 4 years they revamped it so that it actually started working. But it really is a disgrace for a major bank to offer such a crappy interface.
Clearly they have different teams working on different apps because their basic version is much better than this one. You don’t get to choose which app you use. It depends on what sort of account you have.
I’m actually considering moving to another u because of the aggravation from the app.
If they want to know how an app should look like, they should go into the British Barclays one. Easy to use, clear, streamlined and you can go back years just by scrolling. The crappy IDB one gives you three months at best.
