I like this app. I bought about 4-5 different spending apps and this by was the simplest and easiest to use. Very quick to enter in a cost. Only 2 buttons and done.. ! Very good app and looks good.Dhracer3
New update lockout problem
I love this app a ton, it's fun to keep track of my spending to see where all my money goes.

This app doesn't even work, waste of money :( :(
I was trying to set up the fixed expenses and income from the very beginning, and when come to enter the amount it freezes and no matter what I keyed in nothing appears. The amounts stays at $0.00 and I can't move to next level. I closed the app again and reopen it, same thing happen again. This app doesn't even work properly.
$3.99 for this app and it doesn't even function for data entry? Super disappointed. Reported this but no reply. :(Show lessReddust21
Great but....
This app is well designed but why in the world would you round off the pennies to the nearest dollar? You can not accurately manage your budget if you can't manage it to the exact penny.

I think this app is great, a really simple & easy way to keep track of spending. Like other people have mentioned, the main downside is not being able to run it from a bespoke pay date ( I get paid on 25th of each month) but it is still possible to use it effectively, you just need to remember to carry on using the previous months budget until your pay day. Good but some bugs are annoying
Been using it for a month. Aside from the goal bug, I found that when an expense is rolled over to a new month, the icon did not transfer. Any attempt to edit that will crash the app. A view of ALL purchases / spending / expenses would be greatly increased of you can sort it by day instead by category. Sometimes I review a day or two back and it's nice to be able to look at what I purchase that day and get to the details. They fixed that this version and added the date review.Show lessrpello
Almost "the one"
I've tried a good number of the expense tracking apps and this one comes closest to meeting my need: tracking basic spending on the go.
Just two items on my wish list:
1) Want to custom order my categories. Alphabetical puts frequently used categories last.
2) Want to specify which day of the month a budget starts on. Have a global default setting then let us customize for each category.Show lesstypo_kign

Buggy and very cumbersome.
It's all set around you getting paid at the start of the month. If you don't then this app becomes useless to manage and budget. I get paid on the 27th of each month.
Multiple account tracking is needed too.
** BUG - When you delete a category in fixed expenses, the original category and it's content are deleted correctly. BUT the category underneath suddenly gets the name of the category you deleted! Please fix this ASAP.
BAD Points - the UI locks up regularly when saving data sometimes for long periods of time on iPhone 4 iOS 4.3.5.
Plus points are it looks nice but lacks some user flow and UX love. Hopefully the developers will listen and make this app what it deserves to be.Show lessHalfInchWhitt
One or two tweaks before 5*
I love this app and use it every day so would definitely reccomend. However, the app needs to be lockable - passing around my phone can get a bit stressful when whoever has the ability to find out my financial situation! A way to view all purchases by date and a more easily editable goals section would also be good - if you can't quite make the goal one month, or want to put in extra, or change the final goal, would be nice to be able to without confusing the app. But please bring in a lock, most importantly!Show lessAs..
