Worthless application. I have to agree with the previous review. Company is trying to maximize their profit by creating a double-dip charge for their established clients. Definitely a waste of time and something I can access from my desktop.ldv1968

This is not free when you have to pay $85 to access it on your mobile device. I don't understand how you can double dip by charging agencies and then the officer who want to use this from a mobile device. Guess I will continue carrying around paper.Jenga
