This app is great. My department's license includes access to this app. Check with your I.T. Guy and find out. I got this app up and running 100% free using my department's license.

I was excited to have this resource on my phone while in the field. It's a huge shame it's $85 to use. What a rip off!

$85 just for mobile access. My department already pays for the software but will not waste the taxpayers money on a $85 fee for mobile. Too bad, I might have had a useful tool if not for CW's greed!

Don't download it. It's not free if you only have desktop use. You have to pay more for mobile use. Thanks for nothing.

Worthless application. I have to agree with the previous review. Company is trying to maximize their profit by creating a double-dip charge for their established clients. Definitely a waste of time and something I can access from my desktop.

My agency pays for CopWare access on all our desktop and mobile computers. Now you want me to pay $85 just to have access on my iPhone? That's a no-brainer. NO WAY.

This is not free when you have to pay $85 to access it on your mobile device. I don't understand how you can double dip by charging agencies and then the officer who want to use this from a mobile device. Guess I will continue carrying around paper.
