Please correct me if I’m wrong… but there’s no way to “View Tickets” in-app. It redirects you to the tickets in a pop-up webpage, which requires internet connection to load it. If you don’t have internet connection - you don’t have tickets (unless you saved them to your phone already). There NEEDS to be a View Tickets IN-APP function which can be used offline. This app also randomly decides to log me out from time to time, for no apparent reason. Went to get my tickets ready to go through the station barriers, and found I was logged out of the app. I didn’t have my password to hand, so I had to go through a whole process of resetting my password before I could login to get my tickets to go through the barrier. Massive faff. Irritating!

Never try to apply a credit
I just spent over three hours trying to apply a credit on a new reservation. It took me three customer service representatives and I never was able to get the credit applied to my flight correctly. I eventually just had to cancel all of it and rebook the original flight, which by the way was less than what it would’ve been had one of the representatives credited the credit to a flight that they picked randomly very disappointed in this process not in the Customer Service handling as much as the actual process they seemed more confused than me

App won’t even open now. No updates or bug fixes, totally unable to see or book travel. App sucks

Need to redo booking all the time
The Air NZ app is so much easier to use that this app, the flights are cheaper. When I do use this rubbish app it almost always saying the flights are no longer available, so I have to redo the booking, turns just so you lot can charge more money for the same flights.
I will be recommending to my company that we just book directly with Air NZ going forward. Cheaper & better service.

A Truly Ghetto and Non Functional Junk App
If a gigantic multinational corporation like the one I work for is going to force their employees to use your platform can you at least try to fix your useless app? It looks like you’ve done at least a dozen updates since this became just a viewing portal for frozen non responsive listing of search results that you would book, if you could. But once again, you get the laptop out while wondering aloud how anyone could be this bad at anything and still be entitled to anyone’s business much less our 9 figure corporate travel booking spend. I am begging you to please get it together so I can manage my work travel like an adult who lives in 2024 and not a frontiersman looking for an in-policy Conestoga wagon.

Defaults back to different train times if you need to amend. Why?
No function to retain frequently used train stations or to save the most used.
Doesn’t cover all trains available - why? I have to use another app to check first which is poor

Worst travel app I have ever used
My company has forced us to use this crappy website to save money. It is actually costing more to use this site compared to individually booking my travel myself. No customer service line 24/7 when flights get cancelled after hours and you need to update. The automated agent is useless. Searching for hotels or cars, the date you try to schedule the reservation for reverts back to the day you are actually making the reservation and not the actual date you need the reservation. This has caused huge issues for work travel. Do better!!!

Egencia is so easy to use and I have never had any issues in them remembering me and my info. Easy platform to navigate and they stick to what you are booking and don’t try to up sale you during the process. As a business traveler simplicity is what you want. So glad my company requires we use them to book our trips.

A waste of space
I just discovered the app will not show you your travel tickets UNLESS you also happen to be logged into the Egencia website. What’s the point of the app again?
It also doesn’t work with Apple Wallet so it is really inconvenient.
