Convenient & excellent fraud alert
Account management works well. The alert system has caught fraudulent use of my debit number. Bill pay is convenient, but slightly challenging to interpret categories. Could use a quick pay function.Interstate Fine Art Maker

Direct deposit’s & automatic withdrawals
App is very detailed…I like it. It would be nice & helpful to see automatic deposits & withdrawals that are pending 1 to 2 days ahead of time… Other banks offer this service. Thanks!Bunko player

Buggy Now
At first, the app worked great, then my Face ID capability dropped off for some reason. Now, when I try to enable a pin or Face ID, it tells me my password is wrong. (Even though I used the same password to get in to the app…) I’ve tried calling the bank for assistance and they basically blame it on user error so I just gave up. Lol.Show lessKatHurl
