Unable to download guides
When I try to download guides, the download symbol shows, but nothing happens. I’ve tried being connected to the internet through WiFi, or through data and I’ve tried on a different phone and I’ve had no luck at all.
I’m also struggling to find app support on the developers site to get this problem sorted.

Useful but buggy
I use it a lot for work because we have to but the search function is quite buggy and does not return results well
Can’t select my hospital
I am trying to select Northwick Park Hospital (the hospital I work out) and it says guide does not exist for hospital whilst the rest of the staff are currently using the app.

New Update is Crap
The app keeps crashing and the pages don’t load. Fix it!

Communication error
Not working. Language setting on phone is English. Keep getting an error message: ‘communication error’. Can someone from the team please help?
