It is great when it works
I like the idea but 9 times out of 10 it won't let me log in. When a water restriction was reported, I was told at the time I reported it, it wasn't a restriction, but someone would look into it

No more phone tag, no more wondering if a problem is being fixed, no more communications barrier between me and my city. Fix It is exactly the kind of interface I want with Plano to report issues and be updated when they are resolved. Awesome!
