I don’t know why it has such a bad rating

It’s a really useful app

Needs rethink!

Well safe to say no one has tested this app who’s colour blind!!! Can’t even pick up the icon tio add to the schedule….but it looks pretty!? Can’t change to dark mode or increase the text size so disappointing

Appalling. The schedule comes and goes.

Completely useless without the schedule. Oh and - if you re-install the app you can’t log back in. It just asks you to re register. The schedule comes and goes. It wouldn’t be so bad if we know when it will finally arrive and stay. I spent a while adding a few things to “My Schedule” but I now fear it’ll be a waste of time because they’ll just vanish and I’ll have to start again. At the moment it’s just easier to add things to my phone calendar- of course, they don’t stay synced but even that’s better than what this app offers at the moment. In fact a Google calendar for each stage that we could just subscribe to wound do the job better! How about keeping us informed about what’s going on with the app?

Schedule problems

I had just started a schedule as a few acts timings had been confirmed, but since the last update the schedule function has disappeared. Not long to fix it otherwise its not going to be much use during the festival…

How do you login?

Let’s you register, which I have done. It’s then logged me out and there is no option to log back in? I’ve gone through the register steps again to login, but it throws an error message, presumably because I’m using details that are already registered.

Really annoying bug

The schedule feature keeps disappearing. When you first download the app you’re able to review acts and select them to add to your schedule. As soon as you come out the app and go back in that feature disappears. Have had to delete the app 3 times now and reinstall and each time the schedule is there when first install but as soon as you click out of the app it goes. Surely will have to be fixed before the festival otherwise the app is pointless.

Good info but scheduling doesn’t work

Good info about the festival and acts but to be useful the scheduling needs to be sorted out. This is the only useful feature of the app, the rest of the info you can get elsewhere.
Not intuitive and different bits of info dont link up eg favourite artists

Not up to date

The schedule is not up to date. Building out your line up adds to the excitement ahead of the festival. But you can’t do that if the data is incomplete. Not all stages are listed with 2 weeks to go even though line up has largely been announced.

Times are missing on much of the line up when you look at the main schedule so when you switch to timeline mode it’s basically empty.

Not sure if that’s because they are still deciding on stage times. Worrying if that’s the case!

Love to work out if there are clashes for the acts I want to see.

No comedy schedule either.

Sort it out Latitude.

I liked 2022’s app better

Please take note that the 2022 app was more intuitive and friendlier and easier to navigate. This is ok, but not great. No facility to favourite an act after seeing it or get listing by stage for example.

But pretty useful overall.

Map function does not work

The one thing I have been trying to access is the map, it just says update app to access this feature. I have updated, uninstalled and reinstalled and it still won’t work.
