I use Sign Language videos in my ministry all of the time. I love this app but I can't use it if there is no video showing column. Please update! Thanks;-)Lilaroma
Is there going to be an update?
I previously gave this app 5 stars because I think it's the best out there for its ease of use. I even convinced others to switch over to using this. However, I'm highly disappointed that there is no communication regarding updating to the new reporting format. I can find nothing on the developer's website. Even the free apps were quick about updating. Are we going to have switch apps to get the new reporting format? I think the courteous thing to do is at least communicate.Show lessHealth50

Developing Brothers/Sisters, Thank you for such a helpful app, PLEASE DONT GIVE UP ON IT!
I have recently received an iPad, so I considered switching service apps, as I had been using it on my phone.
I downloaded every one I could find and attempted to add my service hours to test them out.
After everything, I keep coming back to iKnock, it is very user friendly in comparison. And there are features that other DONT have that I have really come to love, such as a feature to let you know if you have recorded a placement with a RV and forgotten to tally time for that day. It helps you not miss out on time you spend in the ministry.
That said, please add a column for recording videos like our updated time slips! My kids are very excited that this can be counted now, and we'd love a way to keep track of it. Please please please!Show lessKatily =^•^=
Mapping Feature
I've been using this app for a long time now for my ministry and it has been such a great help. But recently the mapping doesn't allow me to add new calls to the map which puts a damper on seeing if i have any calls nearby. Please fix soon. I don't want another app, this one is by far the best one for iOS. So simple to use and very efficient.Show lessH4ppy Jack
Mapping feature???
The mapping feature takes too long to drop a pin for a new return visit (if it even does work... I have not had the patience to wait for it to finish.)
I think everything else about it looks good. It's got a nice modern appearance and features.
But if I'm going to pay money for an app, the map feature should work better than my other field service app that I downloaded for free!
