No point to this app
App is horrific. Everyday brings a warning popup about how "cannot update" news. Click off on the warning and all the news is there. Ridiculous code behind this Source Media production.
Love the content of he AB, but just visit the URL and do not bother with the iOS app.
Update October 2015: App won't start in iOS 9. Just bombs back to home screen. Down to one star since zero is not available.Red_Peters

American Banker is a standard bearer as an industry trade journal with wide coverage and in depth analysis of the financial services industry.
However, this app leaves much to be desired - difficult to navigate and no "search" feature - ridiculous given the volume of content. Please fix these weaknesses, particular the search capability deficiency.BillM1966
AB is a great publication but this app is disappointing.
AB is a great publication but this app is disappointing. The AB app requires more work from readers, in part because without a dynamic and interesting "front page," the headline stories are lost. The thumbnail pictures are sad substitutes for good graphics. You still have to go on-line for some things, like polls. On the plus side, the app does list every article so you can click and read it. On the downside, you have to read thru a boring list of every article to find one you want to click and read. The AB newspaper is awesome. Sadly, this app is not.jcd1010
Disapointed
Looking for this app to allow me to read my daily American Banker on line like I do the Wall Street Journal. It doesn't allow me to. Wasted app and a big disappointment.tomK_19

App locks me out
I am a subscriber to AB. I get in on the web without a problem. Couldn't get this app to recognize me as a subscriber. After finally getting someone at AB to reset it, I worked great for two weeks. Not its says I'm not a subscriber again. Frustrating.Ghost226
