APP FOR 45 PROVINCE ST BUILDING
The new 45 CONCERGE APP was created to provide custom services to the 45 Province Building residents at the touch of a button.
Once a resident downloads the APP, they will have direct digital communication to the Concierge desk who will respond in the same manner to the resident/unit owner with a message indicating actions to be taken by the concierge regarding residents request.
NOTE: No personal information will ever be recorded or gathered by the APP.
Active residents can request their car, guest car, spouse’s car (all at once if needed) as well as to indicate specific date and time when they need this to happen. If a resident changes or adds a new spot for parking the building management will be able to update their information immediately.
App will open to a menu of requests and or services allowed/curated by administration but there is also, a custom feature where residents can write or dictate a specific message to the concierge desk.
