I’m not technology savvy and I’m able to check my balance immediately and know if its correct or not. If I need help my daughter gets me back on track so I can navigate through the process. “She goes mom you have to learn this “. I am not only able to check balances, I also know how to deposit when I need to. I’m learning and retaining. Thank you for simplifying it for folks like me. Yes it is great that I can access my account on my phone. I’m sure this is not new for others but for me it’s a blessing.
