Although this app had a low rating I downloaded it as they said they fixed all bugs.
But unfortunately I have to agree with the other reviewers: the sound and crack are unrealistic, when I add my own picture it blows it up showing just part of the photo, so their home screen example doesn't work for me.
The ad is also a little of putting but then they probably need it to keep it free. All I can say is that I would never pay to advertise on such an ill working app.Show lessZalia

Rubbish, you drop your iPod, 2 secs later, a smash sound comes out the speaker. Then, when you go to pick up your iPod, you touch the screen, which resects the pic. And then theres the ad.
Dont bother even seeing how bad it is. You'll just make the star rating higher.Aerack
Not so good on Retina Display.
Have you tested this on an iPhone4? If you take a screen shot and load it as the custom background (removing the creepy almost nude background), the image is zoomed. When you use Core Graphics to draw, you need to keep in mind the scale factor of 2 on retina displays, or you get this result. Easy fix for your update.Show lesszeus2366
Disappointed
I think the crack isn't bad, but when I insert a custom picture it zooms in so if I make a picture of my homescreen the background it zooms in and you can only see 6 apps. And then of course there's the ad at the bottom which you HAVE to get rid of if you want more than 2 stars total.Rich Summer

I didn't expect this app to be much - just a stupid trick you could play on your friends once giving the impression yer iPhone screen had shattered... but it can't even get that right! Firstly, if you take a screenshot photo of your phone's desktop to use as a backdrop - this app absurdly oversizes it for no reason. Then when you shake the phone to shatter the screen it immediately plays banner ads down the bottom killing the effect instantaneously.... but of course, those ads are really what this cheaply made app is really all about isn't it?Show lessJunglehop

Good in theory
Its a really good app, in theory. I know this is a free app and most free apps have adds but when I went to to click this app it showed a what I though was a rather creepy picture because it was, and it came so randomly and surprised me. Also over all just not that well put together...sorrySymphony<3
