Have an Annual Subscription -Cannot Access Magazines
I bought an annual subscription last month and I have not been able to access/view the previous or current issues. The app is prompting me to pay for the magazine issues or a subscription.

Unable to access the current digital edition
I have an active subscription, yet frequently the app shows that I need to pay for the current edition. It is doing it now and I cannot get the app to correct, despite refresh attempts.

I have a I tunes subscription for the e-mag. App was not allowing access to latest editions on the subscription even after restore i-tunes purchases.
Now on iOS 14.5.1
Reinstalled the app. Did not fix the problem. Now it does not connect to the store so no access to any thing.

Still Unreliable
This app has cost me a fortune over time. The unreliable purchase recording is so frustrating. Even after many, many wipes and re-installations there are issues in my Library which have 'Download' right next to them but when selected the app asks me to pay £6.99 AGAIN!!! Rip off and annoying.
Latest update - appalling
Had no choice but upgrade App in order to download February 2020 issue - after tried to download latest issue but it required me to pay £6.99, even though iTunes subscription was active, after numerous attempts was left with no option but to reset subscription delete App and sign in again and restore subscription lost all my saved issues in library over many years which I have for reference - will have to re-download - not impressed

Magazine not coming
I have enjoyed the magazine. However, the magazine expected in August, has not been realised! My subscription expires in December 2018!!! Will I receive the August edition and subsequent months!! I am very unhappy as I enjoy the magazine content!,
Has become very slow
In the last few months, this app is very slow. Sometimes, I have to wait several seconds up to a minute just for the page to change after I swiped it. Other actions are also slow. It is not my pad, because I do not have that problem with other mags. Please fix. It is frustrating.

Some good but a lot of repeat of content.
The repeat content from issue to issue. And they constantly try to get you to complete your library by buying all back issues. Every issue they have. Enough already. I can’t even open the app without the “complete your library” sales pitch. Absolutely not. I wish I never subscribed, I won’t renew. The content is based out of the U.S. but that doesn’t matter, because photography is the same no matter where. And product prices and availability is different no matter where you buy it even in the states. But enough with complete your library!!!
