Old version better
Wish I never would have updated. It won’t navigate to full website, when on full website it’s difficult to read comments and navigate through comments. The old version worked better and ran smoother.

Ever since the app updated a few months ago I cannot access full site on my phone to run full reports.
Previous versions was amazing
It’s a mess, not clear, I can’t see the order number, I see only the time order was made
Slow performance
Used to work quick and smooth, recent upgrades make it frustrating. It takes 5 times as long to complete tasks!
Another update that is useless
Used to be a good app now so clunky it is deemed unusable on mobile . Revert back to the original it was great
Still Broken
Still completely broken. A little less broken than before, but it miscaregorizes feedback and does not transfer guest information (scripted response and call back are BOTH broken).
I put a ticket in through their website, and they got back to me today that they fixed it. Not the case. This app is a joke.

Horrible new version
Used this app for years at my old job now this app has gone down hill. Old version is 100% times better, completely changed the whole layout and design it’s horrible, not usable at all. This need to revert back to how it was

New version awful looks terrible and simply put doesn’t function
Comments stay as unread, can no longer share them to external apps or messaging platforms.

New update
This new update is complete garbage! It takes forever to find things, the celebration alerts do not send notifications, you can’t view certain guest information until you go to the “full site”, it’s just so cluttered and doesn’t make sense like the old one did.
Needs to be improved
The alerts no longer show what the comments are and you can’t leave feedback on the app, it stays blank and won’t let you select stars or press submit.
