Excellent Preparation for the Check Ride
I found this app to be quite useful in preparing for the oral portion of the checkride. I also found it to be a good knowledge review and helpfull reminding me where I need to concentrate. The flagging capability is a good way to remind me what I need to review with my CFI.
Worst app I've ever purchased
From tons of typos to incoherently written test, this app is a waste of money.
Shame on the designers for not taking the time to get things right.
Dauntless Software can make this right by refunding what I paid, since the amount of time it would take to fix this app would not meet my immediate needs.

Don't buy
For 35 dollars I expected more from this app!!! I feel ripped off, it worked for a few days now it doesn't load!! Terrible especially since I was counting on this as a good study aid!!

After using the ground school FAA written prep software I had to try out the oral prep as its getting close to my check ride. This app fires questions at you with helpful explanations in the responses which is giving me more confidence in my growing knowledge. Again this is great for being out on the move and has enabled me to keep revising during my working day. I will be looking for more software once I progress from private pilot.

Worked fine initially but no longer loads questions and answers. Disappointing :(

Serious Problems
Paid the 35 bucks and the program doesn't work. Takes you to the aircraft choice screen and freezes there with no way to back out. Requires complete shutdown of IPad to get back to original screen, then again freezes when you attempt to open. Not only that, but ever since downloading this program...I can no longer open my ITunes store, so I cannot even report the problem. Don't waste your money until the problem is corrected.

Don't waste your time or money
Bought this app and it has only worked once in over a dozen tries. Constantly locks up. I truly enjoyed the questions and format when I did get it to work and this will be a great app, someday.
Please, please fix the lock- up issues with an update!

Content wise, I think this is good app, covering a lot of content in about 1000 flash cards.
However, it only works for a short amount of time, and after that it refuses to load any questions. The only work around is to delete the app, and reinstall. By doing this, you also delete any saved data (e.g. flagged flash cards).
Until these significant problems are fixed, I would recommend to hold off purchasing this app.

Private pilot checkride
Purchased this a month ago. Have had to reload it 4 or 5 times from iTunes from my laptop. Once it crashes on the iPad, I've
not been able to reload it on account that it's already installed. Happy, however, with the content. But, there seems to some serious bugs remaining.
