Horrible app
Great bank and bank personnel but their app is AWFUL! Not at all intuitive and will lock you out if you type a character wrong when inputting your password. And Face ID? Forget about it! That won’t work either. If you travel a lot, their app is worthless—one shouldn’t have to go into the bank to fix the app every time it decides it’s time for a password change, which is often.Show lessthisismynickame2020

Great people, great bank
I’ve been with CB&T since they opened the Wooded Acres branch. We recently moved to Fort Worth. My wife wanted a local bank but after talking with the folks at Community, I decided to stick with them. They have been exemplary in handling any situation that has come up, the mobile deposit capability was the deal maker.
