Just paid and it’s not working

Works great
I don't use it all that often but when I do its an excellent result. It doesn't automatically size the pictures to fit but all that means is when you're resizing the layout you're using you just need to use a little trial and error. Also the process for getting the desired pictures out of your camera roll is perhaps a bit clunky but they may have actually fixed that or at least smoothed it out a little. I've made more than a few memes and have actually used it to great effect with the COVID passport to fit it on my lock screen wallpaper with the picture I actually wanted there, for all that effort and we didn't even use the bloody things but I digress because there are other bar/QR codes which will be used on a consistent basis.

2 minutes of ads to save photo
Used to be great but now you have to watch an unconscionable number of ads to save a photo.

Hi there, thanks for your feedback. Ads support free features, but they shouldn’t take an excessive amount of time. If you’re encountering unusually long ads, please take a screenshot showing the ad publisher’s name if possible and contact us in the app through Settings > Contact Us so we can try to help.
Paid for pro and still have ads
Was offered a one year pro version at $6.99 so I took it. Used it and still have ads on the app. And when I finished editing and making a stitch, I still had to sit through ads before I could save it.
The app doesn’t even have options where you could pay to remove ads. So the pro version gives you a bunch of options, but you still have ads? Like who is gonna pay $50 a year and still get ads?
I would have given 0 stars if I could.

Just wow, greedy update
I just had to write this review, which I never do for apps, but I used this app for 2-4 years now, and since I didn’t have my apps set to auto update I didn’t know this new feature until after I had to remove this app and redownload it recently to clear up space on my phone. The first thing I noticed was that there’s now a watermark at the bottom of your collage proudly promoting its name when you make it, and you have to pay monthly to remove. Can’t resize anymore, have to pay monthly, can’t even change aspect ratio without paying monthly, all being blocked by a greedy orange crown on the buttons, along with other features. PURE GREED AT ITS FINEST. I’m deleting this app again and this time it’s for the poor business practice, it’s one thing to pay for advanced edit features, but when all I want to do is RESIZE an image and not have to worry about a big font that use to not be there, I’m not paying $35 a year to use an editing tool that I could do elsewhere for free.

$180 to remove watermark? Pure greed.
They have started adding a watermark to the output after years of being a decent free product. I’m gonna be looking for something else that isn’t a money grab subscription model

Stay away. That’s all I have to say. Sure it has free things as they claim, but everything use to be free. Now it’s a huge money grab

Annoying adverts.
Have had the lite version for years now, but recently subscribed properly to it to use the full service. Really disappointed to find that even when it’s a paid for service you’re still slowed down by tedious adverts for awful looking games.
