Paid SMS feature doesn’t work and support doesn’t respond
The app works fairly well but is missing some important functionality like the option for respondents to answer with a “maybe” option. It however falls apart in the paid features. The SMS text feature just simply doesn’t work and when trying to reach out to support they never respond.

I love this app. I do. I recommend it to anyone who manages a team, but this lastest update is driving me insane when you try and set a kick off/meet time it constantly defaults back to the phones current time. So instead of a 10am kick off it keeps defaulting to 749pm the time I’m doing it…
Crashes constantly
So frustrating to have an app that crashes every single time you want to open up a team chat. Bad user experience and very buggy
Slowwww
This app used to work perfectly. But recently I can’t get into the app most tries and if I can, it runs slow. Hate to find an alternative, but we need something that works.
Was working fine until a moth ago
The app was working perfectly fine until a month ago, constantly lagging, slow to display my teams. Unless I got wifi on I kept getting an error message “please check your connection “ all other apps in my phone work fine without WIFI. I hope you can make some changes to improve the app performance
Great app
Works very well. Has some limited functionality but very effective for doing the key tasks (ie keeping track of games, availability of players, sending reminders etc). Have been using it for > 5 years and have been very satisfied.
Great App, Poor Support
Our team love the simplicity of this app, however the support is poor. Recent update has made the app very slow, does not load all content first time, kicks you out randomly… frustrating.
We’d like to be able to upload multiple fixtures at once, from a .CSV or other excel file, rather than manually typing every fixture and risking errors. I emailed the team about this, but seems they are not developing this app further, instead pointing at Pitchero which is a paid service and not cost effective for small local clubs.

Not as good as Pitchero
Can mark availability but tricky to edit fixtures once they are set. Sometimes glitchy- eg it’s asked me to select my player of the match but the screen keeps going blank despite resetting the app several times.
