this site is a joke. igg don't do anything for customer service. we call a number they never call you back. we send email complaining igg don't do anything. people cursing and using vulgar language but igg don't do anything to block or mute them. they have policy against vulgar language cheating cursing and fighting all the times but igg don't do anything to block them. we report these players several times a day but still they play every day and don't get blocked. this site has lots of taggers put by igg to take your chips. also lots of bots placed by igg to take your chips. players clone other women and display their private parts we complain but igg don't do anything to stop or block them. just horrible site
