Worst ever experience
1. The international number never connects
2. Support sent an email saying they fixed the issue - since then I can’t even login in the account, it is asking to contact support. There is no chat or phone option, so you have to send an email and wait
3. Referral program seems a scam - referred someone who added deposit, but no referral visible in my account.

Call charge is becoming fishy
I really love this app have been using it for a while,but now they started to take away the minutes with out the person answering the call😞senitabellisma
NOT ABLE TO TAKE MY CREDIT CARD OFF 😡
These guys probably doesn’t want anyone to cancel their subscription and hence they haven’t given any option to cancel the subscription from the app.
I’m using iPhone 12 Pro Max and when I go to settings, all I see is manage subscription and it takes me to the Apple Subscription and I don’t see this app there.
Contacting the customer support hasn’t helped in any way. More like a scam. I have not used this app for 3 months and they have ripped $10 every month and it’s going on since last three months.
Seems like there’s no way to get rid of this mess.

Doesn’t record incoming calls
I looked for a subscription to sign up for just in case that was needed but can’t seem to purchase that within the app, just minutes can be purchased...cajenn17

Call Quality Downgraded Severly
I am not sure what is going on but for the past weeks my calls to my country Benin Cotonou have been horrible. At times the call gets stuck in a loop... My mom said on her end the call cuts off... Please fix this so I can update my review. Plus the rates for me to call my country are too high. I have been using this app for years...Show lessLadyFoxey

My calls while abroad (travelling internationally) are absolutely free to the USA via WiFi calling. I can also accept free incoming calls via WiFi with a virtual (second line).Dimsum CIO
