Electronic transfers
Still waiting for the number of transfers made electronically per cycle to show up. Brought this suggestion up to several employees but im not seeing or hearing of this improvement being implemented. Contact me on 717 873-2011 if you need additional info.

Missing “last payment” in billpay
I love this app as it’s a life saver for paying bills. However, the last update on bill pay took away a feature that I always used and am missing a lot! When in the screen to put in the actual amount you want to pay on a bill, it used to show the “last payment” for this payee on the top of the screen. It no longer shows your last payment on this screen, only on the screen that is 2 clicks prior to getting to this point. I have several bills that are the same amount every single month & I always used this feature to know how much to pay. Now, I have to try and memorize the exact amount from the main payees screen, to type in when I finally get to the payment screen. I know I could set up automatic payments for these payees, but I cannot always pay the same day each month, so this is not an option for me. Please bring back the feature of showing the last payment on the actual payment screen!! Thank you!

Love the way this app works. I'm able to take care of business without leaving the house.
Still no Apple Pay
This app is buggy, often can login but cannot check my balance. Still no support for apple pay. I like to do business locally but I'll be changing banks if 1st summit can't keep up technologically!

Really love the convenience of this app. Depositing checks via phone/camera may be slightly difficult bc of shadows but better than driving to leave comforts of home.
Check picture taking not always working
I have a bank account with another local bank and their check deposit picture taking is much easier to use. Sometimes the picture is just black on the 1st Summit and I have to do it multiple times. But a good step in the right direction. A little late coming out with this though.
