Double charging you
This is the same developer as EZWordCheat that I bought a full license for. Instead of updating that app, they come out with this”new” one and charge you again. There are plenty of other apps out there that are not this dishonest.

Doesn’t Work with IPad Air
I love this app but recently upgraded to a new iPad Air and the app no longer works. There appears to be no support to answer ant questions.
Need Update
Doesn’t scan the new Scrabble GO app which replaced the old Scrabble app. Needs to be updated.
Update to my previous review
This app has not been working right for a few months. It says it’s an Invalid Screenshot for almost all of my tries. I’ve messaged the customer service 2 times and was asked to send them screenshots the last time of which I did, but nothing had been fixed. I paid for this app a long time ago and am very upset that no one has contacted me or fixed the issue!

Cool 😎 app!
I really like this app. Works very quickly and very well. I use it when I play against an AI opponent but never against a human because they wouldn’t have much of a chance. But I play against the computer often and by using this app it “train’s” my mind to see solutions more quickly when playing against others. Plus you learn lots of words which is good when you’re through school and now you’re learning on your own as you trek along on life’s journey. By just giving the 1st and last letters you still can have quite a puzzle figuring out the word and if you just can’t get it then you can have it show the whole word and also the placement (if working from screen shot)

They take it away without warning
I have purchased this 2 different times. I waited a long time before I purchased the second time because I was so unhappy with the way they want to get more money. I decided recently to try it again and out of the blue they took it away again just the other day and want me to purchase again? When I sent them my complaint they now say to send them a screenshot of my purchase? Guess they don’t keep track of our purchases. I like the app but this company is ripping me/us off. Anyone else have the same problem with them? The app is great but for
this reason I am only giving them one star.

Disappointed
Very disappointed because it offers incorrect plays for Scrabble. For example ug is not a valid word!!
EZ descrambler
Most of the time this app works. It used to work consistently but lately gives me words that are rejected. One of the most common is qin. Now it seems as if 2 of 10 words given do not work. They are rejected. WHY?
Well after having removed it from one of my devices I thought I would give it a last try on my iPhone. Five out of the six words I just tried were deemed not valid this included Ja and OO which you gave me as valid words. After my last review you wrote a message saying basically it was my fault because I didn’t check the Dictionary that was being used for the game and there was a choice of three of them, not really solving my problem.I shouldn’t have to work this hard and agonize playing a game. It’s just not worth it any longer. I’m glad it was free because I certainly wouldn’t pay for this piece of junk. Used to love it but now it’s just annoying and frustrating. I give up.

Hello! We've embedded three different dictionaries into our app that are used in Scrabble: Official, Tournament (TWL/NWL) and Meriam Webster. You can switch between the dictionaries once a screenshot has been recognized. Official dictionary contains the word 'qin' while other two don't. Please pay attention to which dictionary is being used in your game (you choose it when you start one).
