I love how calming her voice is and how well she makes me tired. The only thing I would change though is more of the music at the end , I think it would be great if there was more of it.Stella Owen

I have been listening to this for 7 years now and every day . I love it and can’t live without it it’s the only thing that helps me sleep and I all the different types of meditations I can choose which are amazing

Best meditation I've ever heard
Ok. So I'mac seasoned mediator and let me tell you. There's NOTHING LIKE SHAZZIE. Her voice, the things she says are the most unique and comforting things I have ever heard in a meditation. Not like the normal crap they ALL say. Hers actually gets to the root of it with her phenomenal visualizations and reassuring statements. Plus the music isn't annoying piano or something it's PERFECT. After probably 9 years this is STILL my go-to sleep meditation and I've never found a better one. I'm just sad she doesn't have a larger library of work!Show lesstoniuyop
LOVE but.. Doesn’t work with new IOS at the moment
Love this app and have been using it every night for about 8 years. I am so sad that I am no longer able to open it after doing the most recent iOS update on my iPhone 💔. Please can this get updated so I can listen again 🤞🏻.

I have been going to sleep with shazzie every night for two years. I never make it all the way to the end. She puts me to sleep and I love her voice and the way she speaks. I love the affirmations .janeywild
