No sound
Cannot get any sound despite raising the volume up to the maximum, checking IPad’s setting and trying the app on different device. Nothing but silence. Would like my money back if not resolved..Naalno

Hi there I just got to work and I’m getting my kids ready to leave for a Christmas break so if I wanna I will need to be there in the time of the year and I will have to go back into church tomorrow so if we have a chance I usually get a coffee or if it’s just a few minutes late I wanna is that IAmazing app!!!!!;)
Crashes
This game has always crashed as soon as opened so we've never been able to try it. No current updates are available that appear to address thisJoeyMcFee

My son has had this app for a few years but now it has suddenly stopped working. It crashes almost every time he tries to open it and then when it does eventually open, there is no sound!
I have even been on your website and it suggests that the device may be the problem, and to click through for iOS help sheets - but there are none!
Needless to say, my son is very upset.
Edit: in my efforts to resolve the issue, I appear to have rectified the sound problem. My son had inadvertently put it on mute from the control centre. However, it still keeps crashing more often than not.Show lessFudgeForBen

My autistic son loves this game but like others have said lately it keeps crashing on startup (iPad mini latest IOS). it’s not been updated for a year so I doubt it will ever get fixed!!
