Sleep easy with this app
Haven't been sleeping well at all, downloaded this app and I am asleep within 2 minutes of pressing play

Best sleep aid ever!
This app puts me to sleep within ten minutes every night, and I previously was a person who could toss and turn for hours trying to get to sleep. I highly recommend it!
Really works
I was a bit skeptical but willing to try it if it meant a good nights sleep and I am so glad that i did! I've been sleeping incredibly well, waking up feeling refreshed and happy and ready to face the day. Downloaded a few more sessions to try them out but this had become an essential part of my night time ritual.

This is an awesome app. I listen to it every night & I fall asleep so fast & stay asleep all night!! Before I would have the hardest time sleeping & staying asleep ~ not anymore!!! THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH FOR THIS AWESOME APP!!!!!!!! I would give 10 stars if possible!!
