Iffy
This app can be very iffy. Sometimes it’ll cut a customer off multiple times, which results in us having to call back, for it to cut off again. It’s now started continuing to ring on my phone when I am offline/totally signed out. Very annoying.
Used to work well
I used this app for work and it worked really well. Now I cannot make outgoing calls, delete voicemails, or receive calls. It’s basically become pointless which is disappointing. I’ve updated it and it still does not improve.
So easy to use
Love this app and the ability to call my patients from my cell phone without having to use my number. It’s simple and easy to use. Have not had any problems so far.

Not great
Connections are 50% successful. Complained VERY heavily to both Wildix and Arriw Communications - support has been awful and cost us our customer base. Not a great system.

It is such a great app for those who are working from home or are always mobile. It’s a great way to keep in touch with call or conferences at work when you are away from your desk and office!
