OBGYN Practice Uses Phone System!
We have been beverly happy with our WidIx phone service. We receive hundreds of calls and have many advantages to incoming call options for our busy practice. The only issue is sometime the wireless headsets have connection problems while using google chrome. Beside the plug in problems with the head set connection with google, everything works great for our busy office that receives an average of 350-900 calls per day! Great service and Awesome Bang for the BUCKS!!!

Nice app for connecting and calling
We just got the new phone system a few weeks ago and love it. Nice for communicating to the office dispatcher and messages from customers after hours. Love it!
Customer service is outstanding! Had a problem with dropped calls and they got right on the issue and resolved with an update. Highly recommend!

Replaced handsets in the office with an app.
If I have to get my phone out of my pocket, unlock it, select the app, find the name, then call. IM JUST USING WHATSAPP.
Idea is good, transfers in-house to phones is very poor.
I’ve recommended going back to the standard. Nobody in my firm likes it

Notification bugs with new iOS
When logged in on mobile device, notifications are coming through as “missed” even though I answered on main phone.
Another issue, when logged out of app, notifications are still coming through as “unknown” by ringing once and shows missed unknown caller in call history. Tried deleting and reinstalling - same issue. Please fix!!
