Works so well and yet falls down on basic features
As i have this app on my personal phone i do not wish to give access to my personal contacts, however in order to see work contacts i must give access to my personal contacts otherwise it refuses to show any contacts at all. Other than that it seems good.

I can answer calls from the office with the app with no issues. I’m super impressed!

The best VOIP mobile app I have used. Great integration into iOS and works really well whether on WiFi or 4G.

Couldn’t be better

Okay but not great
My company just started using this and the chat feature works great but the videoconferencing and phone functions are glitchy and cause problems with more than one person on a call or videoconference. So far, I’m not impressed.

This app is great! One thing I notice would make it even better is to have it optional to show notifications of the phone calls!
