Struggle to read.
I have just subscribed and it has taken a week to be able to log on. Now I have only been able to read a few pages and cannot access the full magazine. I’ve written to ask for help but not really got anywhere.

I’ve been waiting for the march 2018 issue to be available on the app but its still not there even though the printed one has been available since February 2nd.

Normally great, but totally useless at the moment, as the app just crashes within moments of trying to read an issue. This means I'm currently paying a subscription on something I can't even read, needs sorting asap.
Crashing
Just keeps crashing. It's currently unusable. Hearst have not been able to help. Please fix!

Usually 5* all the way for price, content, quality, ease of access. But March 2017 just keeps crashing!! Never had the problem before with iOS so don't think it's that. All previous issues download without issue. Uninstalled ap, removed issues from iPad... No luck, March issue just unusable... And now April too grrrr

Horrible
It used to be a good app and then they took away access to most of their old issues, even if you had paid for them. Now the app is horrible.
Won't even download an issue
Purchased a subscription via iTunes on my iPod two weeks ago. It doesn't translate to my iPad, and won't download even download any issues on either devices. Waste of money. I should have stuck with the print edition.
Good app but needs updating for ISO8!!
This app worked great until the new ISO8 update - PLEASE UPDATE THE APP! It's really annoying as I have a subscription but cannot read any of my downloads or download the new issue! It's a shame as I've never had an issue with it before and when it's working it's great!
