Music Binder (PDF & ChordPro)

1) Dark Mode Support. If you want your ChordPro files to be displayed according to IOS display mode, please reset the colours in the ChordPro Settings panel using the "Auto" button. 2) In ChordPro Settings, Default buttons have been renamed to Auto, Light and Dark (IOS 13 only). 3) Action Previous Pages and Songs was not working correctly in Portrait orientation. 4) Key "é" on French keyboard was not always working to display the Filter Panel. Now, "é" key can be use to display the Filter Panel. 1) New Option in Settings -> Bluetooth : Use '2' and '3' keys as Arrow Up and Arrow Down Many users have requested the ability to use '2' and '3' keys for Arrow Up and Arrow Down because they want to use an External Numeric Keypad as a pedal. When the new option is activated, '2' and '3' keys will be processed as Arrow Up and Arrow Down keys when scrolling songs. Any actions can be assigned to Arrow Up and Arrow Down keys so those keys can be used to scroll pages, scroll songs, scroll pages and songs, start/stop playback, etc... 2) Help Popup Window was not working (it was always empty). 3) Sometimes, text was missing at the bottom of ChordPro files Please take a minute to rate Music Binder on the App Store.

Bug Fixed: It was impossible to add songs to a setlist using the list of all available songs under the latest IOS version.

ChordPro support * - Support of ChordPro files has been added to Music Binder (ChordPro files are plain text files containing lyrics and chords between square brackets: [Am]) - Create, Edit or Duplicate ChordPro files directly in Music Binder - Transpose ChordPro files to any key (preview chord changes for all keys) - Adjust font size so your song fits a number of page(s) of your choice - Adjust colors separately for your iPad and for the external screen - Display lyrics only (iPad or external screen) - Conversion tool ("chords over lyrics" format to ChordPro format) 2. Import/Export - Export currently selected set list or all set lists in a .txt file - The exported .txt file can be opened on another iPad to quickly create set lists 3. Audible Metronome - Metronome tick sound can be activated in Music Binder Settings 4. Other minor corrections - Cropping PDF was not working properly - Fixed - Landscape toolbar was invisible after activating full screen mode in Portrait - Fixed * IOS 7.0 or later is required for ChordPro related features. Startup routines have been completely rewritten - App starts faster now - No longer crash at startup - New splash screen - Transitions from Landscape to Portrait and Portrait to Landscape are smoother 2. Flags - Flags can be added to songs - Flags are useful to: - Keep reminders of special requests that you want to perform later - Create setlist using flagged entries (new Import button in the setlist creator) - Play (audio playback) of all flagged entries (use Flagged entries list as a playback queue) - A flag can be added to a song by taping on the top margin of the song Long press to add a tag and move the song to the top of Flagged entries list (please, see Invisible Regions on the Tools menu for more details) - Flags can be added/removed to/from multiple entries in a single operation using new buttons on the search keyboard when the Filter is active 3. Tags - One or many tags can be added to songs - Tags are inserted in Notes - New button on Notes helps you add/remove tags and manage tags list 4. Filter and Quick Filter buttons changed/added - Recents : 30 recently changed songs are kept even if you close Music Binder - Played : Played songs are kept even if you close Music Binder Played states are automatically reset if you close the app for more than 30 minutes. Played states can manually be recalled (new option in the Tool menu) - Flagged : Display a list of flagged songs - 12 Quick Filter buttons (which correspond to your tags) are displayed on the Filter panel - Filter always remembers the last three keywords you've entered 5. New Search popup - Full title and artist are now displayed in the Search popup. - The Information popup has been removed since it is no longer needed. 6. New Hotkeys (external keyboard) - For a complete list of hotkeys, please use the new help button in Tools menu. 7. IOS 11: Playback related problems (known issue for many IOS 11 users and apps) - New switch available in Tools menu -> Settings : Maximize Player Response Time - People who are experiencing delay problem with Play and Stop buttons should turn on this new switch. Bug Fixed: - The "already played" state (grey buttons displayed in lists) was properly set after loading a different binder.

New Features: - Tap between the 2 upper rings was used to display/hide notes Now, this gesture can be customized to perform a different action (play/stop, display/hide list, ...). - New action added : Go to page 1 This action can be assigned to any gesture and some keyboard keys. Bug Fix: - Playback and Volume were not working properly under IOS 11 New Features: - Recents (new button on List) Can be used to display a list of recently played songs and recently added files (for files added from another app like Mail) - Alternate Left/Right in Landscape (for page changes) - Clearing the filter when it is already cleared deactivate it Reminder: A song is considered Played when it has been displayed for at least 20 seconds. About Alternate Left/Right in Landscape: - This feature can be turned on in Music Binder general settings. - Example of use: For a three pages song, while you are playing the second page, you can load page number 3 over page number 1.
