Glitches
This game is awesome but while I was playing I bought a giant tortoise for 1140 and now it disappeared and I'm missing a few gems

Played this game on my iPad for 3 years, and spent lots of money on it, and when my iPad quit, Storm 8 refused to transfer my account to my new iPad, and accused me of lying that this is my account.
Glitch
The game is fun to play and I've got to admit slightly addicting but there is a glitch with the game. Sometimes when you buy animals, mates for your animals, and even when you breed the disappear but still take your coins. This has been happening a lot recently and it's very frustrating because there is no way to get the animals or your coins that you spent on them back, so you're pretty much SOL if they could fix that the game would be great!

Amazing!
I love this game! ITS great fun!!
But it's so hard to earn gems and it's so easy to use them up! I used all my gems in a matter of weeks, so either we should start with more gems or at least get more in the rewards :(

I love this game it is amazing and fun to play and learn about the animals and there is plenty of animals to purchase with your money that you earn as you progress in the games. There is a problem tho.🤔as I play the game things come up to me saying I have to spend these gems for something like an animal. When I do this my gems get lower and lower and there is no other way to get them in less you purchase them. They need a update for this. As you play this game you start of little and as you keep going tho you level up more and more and soon you see your zoo progress and get bigger and bigger and it is just amazing to be apart of that experience.😍😍it is just an awesome game❣❣😅💝💝

I love this game very much! But the problem is that.. I don't have as many gems to complete the challenges it gives me. For the crossbreed it costs 30+ gems! I can't do that! It costs way to much! And I'm not the type of person who spends a lot of money for gems. I would consider using a watch a video for earning gems! That's what is happening in Restaurant Story and Bakery Story! You get 10 gems everyday and I think that's good enough for me. You should do the same exact thing for Pet Shop and Zoo Story and many more to come. Like Fashion Story and etc. but why pay 149 gems for another bed? That's too much. It's should at least be 8 the max. And the price for the dogs and cats and etc. costs like 18+ and I can't waste as much because I'm not the type of person who likes wasting money. I can't even waste money! I'm young! I'm a teen and yeah I have a job but I don't like buying things off of iTunes. So please reconsider this! I would be really pleased if you made this come true! It would be a little bit easier for me to complete the challenges! I would be the happiest person if you add on watch the video to earn gems. So please please please! I'm begging you! Please consider doing this! I would really appreciate it and I would rate it 5 stars! Thank you!

Poor
The game itself is ok but I must warn you over customer support if you have a problem. They take days to reply and then tell you problem is fixed when it is clearly not, so you then have to reopen another report and start again. This went on for weeks so I cancelled all my storm8/team lava games. Also gems are very expensive if you lose progress and animals that are won or purchased then a total waste of money

Love it and all the other games, but
I wish crossbreeding wasn't so expensive! I'd love to have exotic animals without paying 10+ gems. I would gladly put 5 stars if the slight problem is fixed. And the same goes for pet story btw^^^^

Fun but too many limitations
The game overall is fun and there are lots of animals to collect and breed. However, there are A LOT of animals you can only obtain with gems, which require you spend a ridiculous amount of money since there is no way to earn them in the game! Same goes for the goals...you can't complete them without spending way too much money. Make it possible to earn gems in-game and the rating would go way up.
Also, you can only expand your zoo so far. You end up having to keep a ton of animals in storage because they just won't physically fit in the space provided. What's the point of being able to get so many animals and exhibits when you can only show off a portion of them?
Lastly, you're constantly bombarded with goals to try their other games, but you don't even get anything for it! I understand them pushing their other games, but at least make it worth my while to try them! Zero rewards means I'll be trying zero of their other games.

Fun to have your own zoo
I like the game it is fun to make your own zoo and see what one can do to get different animals in the same zoo.
