Great app to sell and buy property

Having sold my Tenerifian apartment within 2 months and at no charge, I cannot recommend Idealista enough. I am now using it to search for my next property on mainland, knowing that it is THE online app for sellers. It is designed well to allow homing in on my preferred location, with good filtering to meet my search criteria. Great app!

Good app but please make a way to go back to where you were in the search if you accidentally close it. I do it all the time and have to scroll way down to find where I was.

Bought our property using Idealista

We bought our property in Malaga with idealista a few years ago. The site gave me good transparency on the market and helped me through my decision.

We are looking at buying our second place and of course, using Idealista again.

Good App

It's a good app. Very useful. Would be much better if users could use more specific criteria to search for property. At the moment the search isn't great. Probably because when idealista add property to the website, they do not use any kind of standard descriptive words to enable more specific searches. So a search for a garden is hit and miss because even if a property has land it may not be described as a garden, or having garden potential. Can't search for property near specific things e.g. rivers, mountains, villages. Not a very clear line between searches for property that needs work, property that is a ruin, or is walk in liveable. And there's a lot more. Suppose it's because they take the info from other agents. Having said all this, it does the job. Just wastes a lot of time sometimes

Very useful information

The interface is well done. The only issue I have is the people listing properties multiple times or listing that have bad photos.

Great app, missing some features

Hi! I love the app but here are some improvements that could be made:
Detached houses…not really a good filter or something was lost in the translation. A detached house for me is when ALL 4 walls are not connected to another house.
I wish there was a filter for land size. Am I the only one who thinks that this is a MAJOR feature?
