It has a bug that doesn’t let me watch the videos it just kicks me out of the app

This app is terrible, we can’t even see the videos so we can watch them!!! I want my $2.99 back.
Also, every time we finish a game the app closes out instead of going back to the home page.

Doesn’t work
App closes randomly, videos are a blank screen, can’t access any option in the for parents. Tried the contact us button and app closed. Tried the privacy policy button and it was a blank screen. Want a refund and have a very disappointed toddler!

Got sound and pictures but no video

The lag is bad because it will only let me see the pictures and not the videos I cannot fix that

This and Whopping trains are my 7 yr olds favorite apps! He has autism and trains are his “thing” so these are perfect for entertaining him! I hope you have some trains items to buy in your store! (Been having some trouble getting the store to load and open thru the app)

Not working!
The free version works great but the pay version doesn't work. The pictures of trains show up but the videos are just blank screens. I have a disappointed 3 year old! Please fix ASAP!!!
Where's my videos?
My grandson likes the free version so well,I thought I'd buy the pro app as a surprise.I got a surprise all right.While my free version always works perfectly, on this pro app all of what I think are supposed to be the videos are just blank screens!! Fix this APP ASAP!!!
The free version is better
I should start by saying all the "whopping" apps are great. I wanted to support them and get rid of the ads by buying the pro version, but find that I'd rather use the free one.
The pro version only lets you view by category. So you can watch all the videos or the slideshow but not both, while the free version combines them all. You should have them all combined plus be able to watch just videos if you want.
Also the free version has better and higher quality videos. Many of the videos in the pro version look to be low resolution while all the ones in the free version are high res.
I think the pro version should be identical to the free just without the ads. I'd be happy with that. Add a couple more features and videos if you want, but don't make it worse than the free version.
