Great content, ruined by a poor app experience

Great reads but buggy app.
I love almost every article I read on Entrepreneur. Just wish I could read more. The app crashes frequently, especially when the internet connection is subpar. I can’t just open it up and start reading. I have to consider how much time I have to read it and then determine if it’s worth the struggle to see if it will actually open after multiple attempts. Rip off
Paid for a subscription and can not get it to recognise in the app, ran through the FAQ instructions three times. No joy at all....Tom Godwin
Bring back the mag!
I used to love this when it was a magazine. I moved away from the US (back to London) and continued my subscription. Then the format changed, and it basically turned into a blog. No thanks, i have lots of those. Delete and unsubscribe. Such a shame.Jamassey

Highly Disappointed
Couldn't read the magazine because I was on the bus in the Andes Mountains of northern Ecuador and had no Wi-fi. The magazine has changed format and now you need Internet to access the magazine. Bad move Entrepreneur! I purposely carved out biz reading time for my two bus ride but couldn't because of this new format. I'm in my second year of the subscription and definitely will not have a third year with the magazine. Magazine doesn't think about the readers' needs. Highly disappointedShow lessBruinbutterfly

Just recently subscribed to this remembering that I could still read the magazine on the ipad and enjoy it. Instead I found a design that doesn't even get well rendered and a buggy app that looks worse than a website full of ad links. If you're planning to subscribe to the app version, then forget it. I've never felt so burned by an app/publisher before
I've been a long time subscriber/reader of Entrepreneur, about 6 or 7 years now. I left the US 2 years ago, so got an ipad so I could read digital mags and books. Everything was going smooth, until recently they KILLED THE DIGITAL MAGAZINE. Why?! Now it's just a bunch of links and the app is super buggy, I couldn't download for offline reading, so it's essentially just a website with no continuity or story/theme.
This is a maaaajor bummer I don't know why you would do this. Everyone I've talked to agrees (and I'm seeing some reviews now too I'm not the only one).
I clicked 1 star rating, and itunes is showing it means "I hate it". Well, hate to say it, but yup that's how I feel now after being forced to cancel my subscription and not be a reader anymore.
