Love Spades
This is my favorite spades version
Suggestions- I do wish I could play varying rules though, like 10 for 200 or blind any number... Have a kitty. Have jokers wild. Stuff like that.
July 2019 update- I still love the game, but there should be no sandbags if your computer partner cannot recognize that you are dumping high cards.. A human can (who plays alot)
horrible partners!
UPDATE: This game gets NO stars! Rather than improving the AI partners, they get worse and worse. They have no idea how to bid--often bid 1 with 2-3 aces--and seem to think the goal of the game is to get as many bags as possible. They wait until the other team makes it's bid, then grab as many extra tricks as possible. Can't make it through a whole game without losing at least 100 points for 10 bags. I'm so aggravated by the poor play, this app will be uninstalled as soon as this review appears.

Thank you so much for providing this insight. In designing our games, we’ve made sure that the game is always 100% fair, and the deals are random. We’ve designed the AI players to play similar to the way a human would play. It may help to go into the Options page of the app and adjust the Opponent Skill level. The AI players at the easy skill level are designed to make an occasional mistake the same way that a human player of that level would. We are always working on ways to improve the game, and your feedback helps us to understand where improvements are needed.
Card
Stupid, ultra stupid AI
Poor AI
Sadly the AI players are not particularly intelligent and will make strange decisions. For example, my partner was last on a trick and chose not to duck under just to make their bid, even though it would have caused a nil-bidder to win a trick and I had already taken an overtrick.
Computer partner bids nil, then trumps tricks unnecessarily
AI is terrible
I’ve played spades a long time. There are few people that I know that make nil such a big part of the rules. Where are the blind 6, 10 for 200, 4 book minimum bid, and jokers as wild cards options? Those are bigger displays of skills than the nil... which is just trying to go lower than the cards played.
On multiplayer, not sure what you can do but it’s annoying to play with folks that stall/take too long to play. Either be in a position to devote your attention to playing or don’t play.

It may help to go into the Options page of the app and adjust the Opponent Skill level. We also try to make it unappealing to quit a game as we know that this can be frustrating for the other players. We really appreciate you sharing this, and we will take these suggestions into account as we continue to improve the game over time.
I am a 63 year old working full time man
by me,my partner chooses unwisely and most often goes way over in the bag limit even in normal play
