PLEASE fix!!!!
I LOVE this game but I’m having some bugs. When I go to purchase Acorns/ coins or watch ads to revive acorns it always say “There are no IAP Packs/ ads available at this time. Please try again later” but no matter how long I wait it never pops up!! It so frustrating!! I looked in the Customer Care center and tried their advice of checking my WiFi connection but it doesn’t help!! It doesn’t matter what WiFi I’m connected to it never works :( I’ve even connected to my hotspot and reseted my device but it didn’t help. Game developers please help me!! I love this game and want to spend my money on it but y’all aren’t letting me😩😩

Ice age village
Did the update and now everything is so small you can’t even read anything. All of the families and extras are spread all over. Very disappointing.🙁All of the words are run together.

Not good. My layout is all fragmented making it almost impossible to play!!
Update is useless
I have been playing this game for years and all of a sudden I’m forced to update the game. It is now fractured and unplayable. The animals extend into the ocean and I cannot read anything that comes up on the screen. It is ridiculous - is this going to be corrected in the next few days? Otherwise I will be forced to just delete it, but I won’t be starting again. I received assistance from the support team and followed everything they suggested and it still is not working. Not happy.

I have been playing this game for so long now, and have spent so much real money on it, and with the update that my iPad automatically did last night, something happened to my game. All the icons have stretched out and half of my animals and fun things are in the ocean, along with all of the paths!

Enjoyable game
I’ve played this game on and off for years. I do enjoy playing it but had issues in the past when my device broke and I had to get a new one, then couldn’t access my saved game. I have in the past put a lot of money into this game as I liked it so much, but when I was assured by support I would be able to download my save game without losing progress, which didn’t work at all, I stopped playing for awhile. Now I play it again but I don’t put ant money into it anymore.

Love this game, but game glitched after update
I played this game as a kid and decided to redownload it and play again. It was going really well until the app forced me to update in order to play tonight, but the game started glitching horribly after alleged bug fixes. All my animals and decorations have shrunk, spread out, and are in the middle of the ocean. I even visited friends’ villages and the same occurs for them too. Also, all the words and numbers are scrunched together and illegible. I tried to navigate the app to find the customer service contact, but I could not read anything. I hope there is a new update and this is fixed soon because I really do love to play this game

Used to be awesome
About 10 years ago I logged into this game every day for a year. It was amazing back then. I redownloaded it recently and… why does everything take so long? I get it, you can’t have someone create a village, and within a month already have everything unlocked. But good lord, I’ve been playing for a week, using strategy to time everything with the breeding and leveling up families, and if you think about it, you could play this game for a year straight, phone plugged in, tapping away, and not even be half way through everything. And the purchasing system is unbelievably greedy for an app. 2500 acorns for $100 REAL dollars. That’s literally no acorns. You could blow through that in less than a minute, not an exaggeration. So it’s not even pay-to-win, because you’d have to blow about $10,000 dollars to get anywhere in the game. If you want to waste a year of your life, this is the game for you. Also, level 30 to unlock Dino world is ridiculous, make it level 10. Also also, the goals… don’t even get me started on the goals… you have no idea how infuriating it is when they ask you to buy something you already have, so then you have 2 of that item. If there was just one bad thing, I’d continue to play the game, but when it’s 5 major problems, I ain’t wasting my time with it.
