Emails don’t auto link to app, search poor
I get emails from the TU, when I hit a link, it takes me to the internet, where I get constant popups to sign in. I have the app. Other media know to open links in the app.
Searching for a recent print story to find a link to share with someone is frustrating, old articles come up, rarely what I want.Show lessK Saratoga
Ads delete part of writings
I use E-edition of Times Union to read local news and commentary. When clicking on the link of small print, it is supposed to pop out larger font for readers. But, Ads attached to news or commentary do not display appropriately, they delete part of writings. It is annoying.Dct1357

The times Union is good reporting local news statewide and national news has a very progressive, liberal bias. Your editorials are supportive of left wing positions. Your columnists are liberal and progressive. All events are viewed through a liberal left leaning prism. You can improve by being more centrist.Show lessMarvman5
Cancelled subscription but charged anyway
I was a just charged for a subscription renewal for the digital times union and when I click in, there are no active subscriptions in my Apple subscriptions tab. This is ridiculous and now I have to go out of my way to contact them and figure out what went wrongaaaabbbbbbbbyyy

Get your subscription act together
Apparently I’d been paying for multiple subscriptions. Cancelled one (took multiple attempts before the charges stopped), leaving a digital subscription which suddenly I can’t access.

Poor graphics
I’ve been reading the Portland Press Herald on line as well as the TU. Similar in size, demographics but the Portland paper is much easier to read and navigate. And seeing the graphics used in the print edition makes for a superior experience.To McPheeters
