It takes a little getting used to at first. It is better that printing a bunch of paper so there is a cost savings with paper and ink. I would easily rate it a 5 star level if you could edit while looking at the document instead of having to go to a blank screen. Overall I'm glad I bought it because I'm sure there will be improvements coming and it's saving me money already.

FANTASTIC
This app is a wonderful tool for use in small business. It has made an impact on my QA walks on new houses. There is only one minor complaint. I would like to see this app work together with Evernote where I could directly send my notes from Evernote to this app. I currently have to print my notes, scan them, email to myself, and then open in app. Besides that, it's an almost flawless app. Two thumbs up!!!

Bad design
This app has some serious orientation issues. It cannot be used in landscape mode. I was lucky I only lost a dollar, not more. Be careful when you buy it. It also does not work on its own. It needs cloud storage connection to transfer documents. Poor design.

I've ran into a few glitches with this app since the release of the new OS. When I've submitted my complaints, the tech support was on it from minute one and have successfully been cleaning up the app. I rely on this app a lot and knowing the support is there makes this one a keeper for life!

Absolutely Great!
I deliver product, and for a long time used paper manifests for customers to sign. Signature is amazing. What a great app! Now, I download the manifests to my phone and customers sign that instead. The ability to duplicate signatures as well as store them in memory is fantastic!

Crashes all the time despite updates.

Great app, even better support!
Our company started using this app for our invoices and service tickets and it initially worked pretty well. They did an update and after that it was no longer suitable for our purposes. I contacted support as soon as I encountered the issue and they got on it immediately! Now not only is it working as well as it was before but I believe it's even better. Thanks for offering such a great product and for your spot-on approach to customer satisfaction!

Easy and Effective
Very easy to use and even allows my clients to sign with their finger thanks to a large signature pad box. Much, much better than complicated annotators and provides for easy e-mailing and saving to drop box. Kudos Jot Not for another great product.
