Really like this and can keep my notes in order under categories. Easy to find.
I have just one teeny problem .... when I make a new category, it selects a random colour and icon. If I then change the colour to one I prefer, it then shows up with no colour tab (top left) when I select All Note (a blank tab). A bug maybe?
Anyway, love this but deducted 1 star for the tab problem.

Each update breaks something else
Since this last update, You cannot change any categories, the constantly revert back to the old information. You cannot change any of the symbols or colors. When I do get a category to change names, and pick the new name from the list within a note, the old name appears & changes the category to what it once was. If these issues are not within groovy notes, the are within the last release of windows.
Love this program, buy these issues are annoying.

Features aren't working properly...
Here is a list:
everytime you add a new entry, it opens a new tab
everytime you try to change the date on an entry it crashes
the calendar does not indicate if there were any entries
Lots of issues - fix them and it would be a decent app!

Needs to be fixed
I can't access my note categories. They only show up on the "all" tab. Not only that, all my notes aren't even listed. I hope they fix this soon, because it's the best note app. I rely on this app.
Great App!
A great planner organization utility. Excellent for managing projects and tying different aspects of the same or similar tasks of one to another or to several ones. You can find by date's, but you wont be able to find by priority, due dates etc... But then again when you are tying several separate but related tasks to each other you do not want one task being more of a priority than another. Great for combining drafts, outlines, ideas, meetings, interjections of all or one to a final idea/product/plan. You do have a calendar to find tasks and know where they are at in relation to your timeline, and also the ability to make changes if needed. Again an excellent planner to work a project from beginning to end.

Change dates keeps crashing
Was good when writing my travel diary, tried to go back and change some dates as I had entered some in the wrong month but keeps crashing!!! Very annoying, needs update...

I have been looking for a notes app that has tabs and I found it in this app.
I have been testing what it can do and finding out what it doesn't do.
Pro:
search your notes with the search bar
record
able to tag
tabs for multiple breakdowns of notes
Con:
Limited in the number of tabs you can create. Would be nice to have the number be larger than 7 ( I think it's 7), especially if I want this to be my one stop note app.
Would be nice to have an area on the note for attendees; like if you were taking notes during a meeting. This way they could be searched on also.
Another con is that when adding attachments, you can't add an email you received. Idon't know if this is possible, but that would be great
All in all, a simple app and it does some good stuff.

Groovy Notes.
I have only had this app for a few days but already I love it. So far, so good
I'm delighted to see that the iOS7 razor has not resulted in total castration of beauty. I love the leather and the warm feel and appearance.
For apps of this personal type, I like a book that feels warm and welcoming to use, rather than one that resembles a skinned kitten and shouts 'NEXT!'
This app is replacing my erstwhile, much loved favourite, which I abandoned because I can no longer stand to look at what has been done to it.
Some people prefer old world richness and ornamentation. Thanks for compromising.
