staff can scan in and out alone, if they disappear for the day and go home early they scan when they home from their own device even though hey not at work

Perfect app for monitoring staffs comings and goings, great for fire roll call, pay, sickness, etc. may get expensive if you have more than 10 members, but quality shines through, extremely professional.

Buying another iPad instead of another clocking in machine.
Fantastic system we've had two clocking in machines so far, the first was a fingerprint reader which never read finger prints!
We spent a fortune on cards for the other and found others clocking their work mates in. I'm not so keen on the QR scan function, I think it would the same problems as before but seeing as you can disable it it isn't a problem. The admin section was easy to setup the only function I could see that would be a useful feature would be the ability to bulk change login (or logout) times (incase the person opening up is late and everybody has to sit outside so there not able to login). I'm yet to actually put it to the test but so far so good.

I use the iPad 2 waiterone POS in my takeaway shop and now my staff "walk in" "scan in" and start work with the Time Station app.
I can access the back end anytime anywhere and check they have arrived on time.

Its fast to scan and use. Very clear to use and even the uneducated technology users can easily use it.
