  • NEW APP NOT AS USER FRIENDLY

    More difficult to read and less intuitive to use. I suspect the most important update was security. I’ve had a few few times already when Face ID wasn’t a choice or auto fill password.

    I’ve been a member since 1985 and the credit union has been my friendly go-to for banking ever since then.

  • Miss the widget

    The new update does NOT have the widget it got before. I miss seeing my accounts without having to enter the app every time.
  • App no longer works after update

    I just updated yesterday after agreeing to all the new terms and changed my password. Updated the app and now I can’t even get to the login page- just a blank white screen. I’ve tried with and without VPN, restarting phone, uninstall/reinstall- no luck. I guess I’m just stuck using the website now 😤 there was nothing wrong with the app before!

  • Won’t work with the new update.

    I’ve had this app for years and it worked flawlessly. With the new version I have downloaded multiple times and it has a blank screen. when it does open it won’t even let me past the first step in the user agreement.
  • Satisfaction

    I saw something on my mobile account that I knew I was going to need some assistance with.
    It was the Credit union upgrade to the mobile app. I called the call center for assistance and the women I spoke with was very patient with me and extremely helpful in getting the upgrade accomplished. She explained everything and answered all my questions. I’ve been a customer of Vt. Fed. Credit union for many years. I’ve been very pleased and commend the entire staff for their professionalism. Thank you again. Keep up the great job.

  • The worst.

    Absolute worst update. Looks terrible and logs you out every user and makes you recent then when you try the new password it doesn’t open.
  • Not Updating

    I generally find the app useful for keeping track of my accounts, making transfers, and credit rating. However, the past few days, the app isn’t updating my account balances and activity.

    I have also had trouble using the digital check deposit feature. The camera kept shifting the signature area of the back of the check out of the viewpoint of the app placement of the area it wants to see for the deposit. When I ignored the app directions so the camera placed the image correctly in the field, the app rejected it. I’m running an iPhone 15 Pro Max. Everything is up to date on the phone.
