What a timesaver!
This app is very easy to use and such a time saver. The Tokyo Metro is great but can be overwhelming for first-timers. This app takes the heartache about finding your way about. You just plug in your starting and finishing station and you get a choice of routes, plus an estimated travel time. You can then save this route for future reference. The designers have really thought about what a user needs on the subway Also, it's just a lot of fun to play with to get to know the Tokyo Metro. I've become an instant fan! To be fair, this app is only said to list the Tokyo metro SUBWAY lines. Which it does just fine.
However, there are lots of major TRAIN lines that are widely used across Tokyo, as well. Why would they make a map showing just the subway lines and not the train lines?
No JR Yamanote Line, no Chuo Line, Keio Inokashira Line, Odakyu Line, Denentoshi, Tokyuu Toyoko Line, Seibu Shinjuku Line...
Get something with both subway lines AND train lines. Trust me.Show lessjustlint

No JR Stations. No Yamanote line!
This is missing a whole train line! Also, some station names are spelt incorrectly which may make it difficult for some users to find certain stations.SupremeNinja!

Although accurate in its short reach, does not include many lines, private or from Japan railways. That makes this application useless for its purpose of finding the right connections anywhere in tokyo.javigsz
It's a subway not mass transit application!
Very useful for navigating a complex system in a foreign country with a different alphabet. I use it to get almost anywhere in the city from my hotel whether on business or pleasure.uglybuf
