Review of the weight loss app
I don’t find her voice to be relaxing at all. It’s not very smooth and she talks very fast. I like them more smooth and slow relaxed sounding voice. I find it to be more soothing. This is notKenpocraz
Used it for years.
My mind loves to overthink at bedtime. I use it very often. I use it in the middle of the night after waking and having a hard time going back to sleep also.
Rarely do I remember what step to made it down to in the story. If I make it to the end I will restart the app just to keep my mind on something else besides life or work.

I love this app but...
I wish I’d known —before purchasing additional meditations— that there were going to be mentions of God. It’s difficult to find guided meditations that don’t turn religious, and I was thrilled to find something that I initially thought was just going to be inspiring and up-lifting. So I downloaded two more meditations. And one of them has completely unnecessary mentions of God; which seriously ruined the whole thing for me. I was curious about quite a few of the other meditations but I’m not interested in spending money on something I’ll never use because it needlessly invokes religious iconography.Show lessLaurenTea

Perfect for me, but buggy
I searched for an App to help me sleep and this was probably the 7th one I tried. It works great for me. I also like how I can have a short or long intro.
The problem is I have 21 purchases to restore that won’t download and I’ve been waiting for support to answer my request.SuesRomeo

It gives you one session, and is mainly focused on relaxing not intuition. Plus her voice is very nasally and obnoxious.Arenea26

I use this app with me head phones at bedtime. It works so week that I have yet to stay awake for the entire time. The background sounds are soothing.NotSleepless
