Midway through my subscription I updated the app ... after this I was unable to view my magazine .. when logging in it said my user name and password were not recognized.. I wrote to best and was told they couldn't help it was up to Apple to resolve the issue... apple then said it was not them up to best... after10 days of back and forth apple cancelled the subscription ... I didn't feel that my problem was resolved as now no magazine... don't thing I will bother subscribing again.. and this is after many years of subscribing...Show lessTjsaudi
Stressful
After the app update I could no longer download the latest editions onto my iPads. I had already paid for a 12 month subscription through iTunes but still I could not download unless I paid for the individual edition. Contacting Hearst Magazines resulted in them blaming iTunes and saying it was their issue. Apple blamed Hearst magazines and so on - so no one is assisting. The app worked perfectly before the update and I believe it is the app producer who should be resolving this (I have subscribed for years) and as no one is willing to resolve the problem I would only give a one star rating - and of course no future subscription.Show lessollie%
